Monthly Curated Bouquet Membership Terms and Conditions.

These weekly Floral Membership Terms and Conditions (“Membership Terms:) apply to all weekly floral memberships purchased from It’s the Magic (“It’s the Magic,” “Company”, “we,” and “our”or”us”).

By purchasing or maintaining a membership, you (“Member”, “Subscriber”, “Customer”, or “you”.) agree to these Membership Terms, our general Website Terms Of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

1 Weekly Membership Service

It’s the Magic provides recurring weekly floral memberships consisting of fresh, hand-tied, paper-wrapped bouquets delivered primarily on Mondays to approved workplaces, office buildings, delivery clusters, or other locations accepted by the Company.

The contents, colors, varieties, textures, greenery , wrapping ribbon, and presentation of each bouquet may change from week to week based on seasonality, quality, and availability.

2 Automatic Weekly Renewal

YOUR MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS EACH WEEK UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT.

When you enroll, you authorize It’s the Magic and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method each for:

• The price of your selected membership;

• Applicable sales or other taxes;

• Any disclosed delivery charge; and

• Any optional upgrade or additional product that you authorize

Your payment method wil be charged weekly on or around FRIDAY for the follow Monday’ delivery.

There is no minimum membership term unless a specific promotional offer clearly states otherwise.

4 Weekly Cancellation cutoff

You may cancel your membership at any time.

To avoid being charged for the receiving the next Monday delivery , your cancellations must be completed not later than:

Thursday at 5:00pm Easter Time before the scheduled Monday delivery.

Yes! We’re always expanding the library with fresh content, tools, and updates to keep your learning and inspiration going strong.

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
